Kate Maddison - Key Accounts Manager
Kate joined the Live Letting Exchange in August 2008. Having entered the estate agency field in 1998 as a Trainee Negotiator, Kate later moved into the Lettings Industry to work for one of the UK’s largest letting agents as a Branch Manager and subsequently acquired her ARLA qualification in June 2007. In her position as Key Accounts Manager, Kate is responsible for maintaining successful relationships and presenting new products and services to our business partners, nationwide.

Tom Lees - Operations Manager
Tom joined Live Letting Exchange in 2009 following the relocation of the Live business. Tom is responsible for the day to day running of the business including managing our Inventory Clerk panel and all training and development. Tom joined the business after completing his Degree at Lancaster University.

Wendy Potter - Team Leader
Wendy joined the Live Letting Exchange in July 2011 having previously worked within our sister company, the Live Organisation. Wendy is responsible for managing the letting support team who provide day to day support to letting agents and our clerk network.
