Before a residential property can be let to tenants, it needs a full, accurate Inventory to describe the state of the property and its contents. This acts as an independent reference for future check-ins of new tenants, mid-term inspections or check-outs as a tenant leaves. Their deposit might depend on it, but a good Inventory protects all parties.

Registered Inventory Clerks are trained to note the detail, including damage, cleanliness and utility meter readings. Digital technology greatly assists the logging of this information and presentation online. Our software also publishes new instructions for clerks to pick up. These time-saving efficiencies enable clerks to take on more (and earn more) if they can.

Inventory Clerks arrange access to the property with the letting agent, make their observations and enter text and images into our online template later. Typing can be contracted out.
